The Internet: This web site provides full details of our services and various interactive facilities. In addition, we are able to promote your vacancies on our web site enabling prospective candidates to view them and apply directly for them whilst on-line.
Bespoke Advertising: We can publish specific adverts for your vacancies (with each clients permission), which enables us to build bespoke pools of candidates.
Referrals, Recommendations & Retention: As with most successful services, a large proportion of our new enquiries are generated via personal recommendations. We actively encourage candidate ‘referrals’ and in addition, also support candidate retention by rewarding loyalty with CPD funds and membership within our loyalty ‘points scheme’.

All our candidates have the high levels of skill, knowledge and initiative needed to hit the ground running in a new environment – we know it takes a special type of person, and we have the skill to attract the best. Our Candidate Vetting Procedures’ meet and exceed the UK legal requirements. The following ‘checks’ are completed for every HR Partners applicant:
Employment History: A full CV is obtained from every Candidate applying for a permanent position. This must include a full employment history with any gaps between employment fully explained and justified.
References: Where possible; references are obtained to cover the last five year period. At minimum, the three most recent professional references are directly obtained and/or verified.
Non UK Candidates: We have a copy of all our non UK candidates passports, work permits, Visas, CIS cards, CSCS cards, Home Office Registration certificates and any other relevant documentation needed. We also make sure that they have a very good understanding of English (for Health and Safety reasons on-site) and have all the necessary Personal Protection Equipment.
